Possibility Management / 'Inner Permaculture' : 2hr Worktalk series

Bioregion:
Auckland
Wellington

Planting seeds for new ways of thinking can be disruptive. What if the seeds actually sprout and produce new ways of seeing what is possible in your connections, your potentials, and problem situations which before seemed immovable? What if new thoughtware opens connections where there is no problem and your being is nurtured and expands? Who will you become? Who is the undiscovered 'you'? Enter Inner Permaculture: the conscious design and maintenance of socially productive inner ecosystems which have the diversity, stability, and resilience of natural ecosystems.

Delivered in four recent GEN-Europe Conferences. Possibility Management is included in Gaia Education’s updated 'Social Design for Sustainability' and was delivered at Schloss-Glarisegg's January 2018 Ecovillage Design Education (EDE). Possibility Management has evolved for over 40 years, mostly in Germany, and is now shared around the world in intentional communities, sustainable businesses, festivals and multi-day trainings for every-day edge-workers... ;)

These are five separate 2-hr Worktalks (interactive talks), you can attend any or all, there are no prerequisites. Each one is 15NZD to attend, and they offer a unique opportunity to experience a workshop facilitated by Clinton Callahan, founder of Possibility Management, coach, public speaker and author of various books, with over 40 years experience facilitating workshops.

1. How to listen so people speak - how to speak so people listen
Time & Place: February 6th, 6pm - 8pm @ Thistle Hall, Cuba St, Wellington.
About: How do we create the connection we know is possible? How can we be fully present with the other, and how can we know that the other is fully present with us? In this interactive talk, Clinton & Anne-Chloe will explore the world of authentic speaking, listening and connecting on a deeper level.

2. Inner sustainability / inner resilience
Time & Place: February 7th, 6pm - 8pm @ Thistle Hall, Cuba St, Wellington.
About: Schooling and modern culture have trained us to survive, and yet inner resilience comes from more than survival. It comes from living full out. Who can learn this for you? No one but yourself. Who can stop you for learning it? No one but yourself. Since inner resilience is not a mainstream topic, one must search for it beyond the edge of mainstream. That’s why we have come to New Zealand. To enable edge workers such as yourself to do the job you came here to do with more inner resilience.

3. Create the community your heart knows is possible
Time & Place: February 21st 7pm - 9pm & Riverside Community, Lower Moutere
About: What does it mean to live in community with each other? How does the outer community reflect what is truly alive within us? In this interactive talk, Possibility Managers Clinton Callahan & Anne-Chloé Destremau will dive into the intuitive connection with our hearts that has limitless possibilities for us to discover.

4. Get your energy back
Time & Place: February 28th, 6pm - 8pm @ The Time Out Bookstore, Mt Eden, Auckland.
About: THIS IS FOR YOU if you know how it is to have a daily list of "To Dos" to follow before you can even start to think about exciting new ideas that could change your life. In such case, we often might not get beyond the first two tasks on the list, ending up disappointed because we did not have the time and energy to do the things that really matter to us. In this interactive talk, Clinton & Anne-Chloe will dive into the source of this energy in order to reconnect with our energized selves!

5. How to listen so people speak - how to speak so people listen
Time & Place: March 1st, 4pm - 6pm @ Ellen Melville Centre, Auckland.
About: How do we create the connection we know is possible? How can we be fully present with the other, and how can we know that the other is fully present with us? In this interactive talk, Clinton & Anne-Chloe will explore the world of authentic speaking, listening and connecting on a deeper level.
