Taking expressions of interest for our 2020 programme

Auckland Permaculture Workshop (APW) offer a new form of permaculture education through 12 day-long workshops over the course of a year. These in-depth workshops focus on various aspects of ecological design, appropriate technology, social innovation and sustainable living that provide students with a comprehensive overview of permaculture and regenerative design theory and practice.

APW PDC participants take on a design project of their choosing applying permaculture principles to their passions, goals and day to day lives. Completion of the APW programme and the Design Project will culminate in participants receiving a PiNZ affiliated Permaculture Design Certificate.

Participants will learn design skills that integrate the environment, people and technology to create resilient ways of living for themselves and their communities.

The programme consists of twelve full-day workshops run on Saturdays (9am–5pm) throughout the year. Actual dates for the 2020 workshops are to be confirmed in August 2019 – see our current programme as an example.
