Intro to Permaculture Workshop

THIS CONTENT-PACKED AND HIGHLY PRACTICAL ONE DAY COURSE WILL INTRODUCE YOU TO THE EXPANSIVE AND REFRESHING WORLD OF PERMACULTURE DESIGN AND LIFESTYLE.

Course Content:
The day will start with an educational tour through our site, which includes our organic vegetable gardens, nursery and seed bank, a 3 year old food forest, an eco-grazed/ IMRG farm-animal sanctuary, composting and compost toilets, zero-waste systems and all of the integrating systems that go with it.
Participants will then be introduced to Permaculture theory and soil theory, and will be led through the design process as they create a design for their own site (or any site of their choosing) based on sectors and zones.

Course Facilitator:
Dan de Klerk is the farm manager and facilitator of this one day workshop, he has been with the farm for two years, but has seven years of experience in Permaculture systems around the world.

Beginner and Intermediate
