We will cover urban living design; Natural building design - orientation & layout for natural environments & land formation, and renewable resources. Appropriate technology & sources of energy, including fossil fuels, physical renewable & bio-renewable and energy alternatives available. And, alternative building materials including hemp.

 

SATURDAY

9:00 - 10:30 Urban Scape: Living design, urban aspects and regenerative city concepts

11:00 - 12:30  Activity: Local & Renewable Resources (Waste  =  Resources)

13:00 - 14:30  Natural Building Design: Techniques, Material, Orientation & Layout 

15:00 - 16:30  Natural Building Activity: Rocket stove building;  plaster the round house and white washing the walls

 

SUNDAY

9:00 - 12:30   Energy-Efficient Planning,  Appropriate Technology,  Sources Alternatives of Energy: Renewable & Bio-Renewable, Bio Energy 

13:30 - 15:00  Natural Building Activity: Finish off yesterday's project; AND, demonstrartion with hemp as a building medium
